Okay. Even though I have eight other books on the market, and waiting for their recognition, today I want to plug with my new release, Twisted Bwitch. When my college professor told us to write the first four pages, and the last four pages of a screenplay, I didn’t know what I was going to do. Then once again, I had this dream from out of the blue.

Little Lost Girl
Valentine’s Day is over, but the love still remains. This book was written for the memory of a child, and the love that we all have.
So many books have been written about a lost girl. They range from a abduction, runaways, falling through the cracks in the foster care system, to a girl’s frame of mind, or how she coped through life.
My book is a little different. It is a murder mystery that came to me in a dream. Yes, once again, I am the main character. Why have these dreams, I have no idea,

A Tale of a Blacksmith
Love is in the air, and Valentine’s Day is coming. We all get blinded by love, and do foolish things. Meanwhile, we don’t see the truth, the real emotion, and sometimes how one-sided love can be. It isn’t until we are away from that love and heartbroken that we can see. No matter how much you put into the relationship they are not happy, because usually, they are not happy with themselves.

What better time to post a love story.
Love in the Sand.
With all my ideas geared around children, adventure, drama, and dramatic fiction, my wife loves to read all my work. One day she questioned me on why I haven’t done a romance novel. I gave her a puzzling look, thinking about my many books. Many of them have a romance relationship in them, I said, to which she replied, I mean a love story of two hearts as one, like you and me. Write me a story for us, she said.

Happy New Year:
It is a whole new year, and this is my resolution. I want to share with all my friends each week with a sample, or should I say, a promotion for all my books that I have published. I had writing classes sent and posted each week on my website, all of last year, and they asked that I would continue. I think my post will not only entertain, but help fill future authors with inspiration and ideas.
If you don’t want to miss out on any contact, because Facebook is too fickle, please go to rickkurtisbooks.com and sign up for my newsletters which will be sent to you by email. Then you can enjoy at your leisure, block, ignore, or place me in spam.

Daniel Peters, Ace Reporter; B-29 Found
It never ceases to amaze me where my ideas come from. Being raised by parents that went through the Great Depression, my wife and I conserve as much as possible. So, in the summer, we don’t use our air conditioner, even though we live in Las Vegas where the temperatures can get up to 120 degrees. Last year, we pulled out this old box fan and placed it in our bedroom to give us a little cooler breeze.

The Legend of Monkey Skull Mountain
This book came to me in a dream. Waking up at four in the morning, I scribbled down my thoughts, and it sat in a drawer and in my mind for years. When I began to write, my mind flowed out from my pen. It wasn’t until we drove our grandson to college that set the wheels in motion about my dream. I pulled the story out from the drawer, and sat on it for another year, because I didn’t think I could bring twelve characters to life. I didn’t believe I had enough experience in writing, nor the talent. This was a book that put me to the test. My wife and my grandson believed in me, and I began to write.
